Hey Everyone,

We know what you’re all thinking…. its about time. Yep, thats right. Evoke Finally gets a facelift. After 5 years with the same website, we’ve finally made the move to a new logo, a new blog, and a new site. So check back in the next week or so, cause we’ll be launching everything together, and then it will be a steady stream of new posts and new images. Our apologies to everyone for what seemed like an eternity between posts! What started out as a small project quickly turned into an 8 month overhaul, and we’re just as excited as you are to see fresh new content up!!

P.s. The blog may go down in the next few days as we work out the details and make the switch over to the new one, so be patient with us, and we’ll get everything back online!

Here’s a sneak peek at the new design.

Ashley and Levi’s wedding at Oak Meadows was full of style and charm. The beautiful grounds and country accents gave us the perfect backdrop for some pretty amazing photos! Make sure you check out the bridesmaid’s dresses, such a unique style. Loved them! Despite the heat, this whole crew was such a blast to be with. The guests watched as Ashley was brought in on a white horse drawn carriage, to a gorgeous outdoor ceremony surrounded by a lake. The light settled in through the trees as the ceremony started, and it couldn’t have been a more picture perfect exchange of vows. Enjoy.

A few times a year we find ourselves on a blog hiatus. We never know when it will start, or how long it will last, but we inevitably always end up in a period free from the ever reaching tentacles of the blog world. And we enjoy this time immensely. Like one would a vacation. In fact, we see ourselves sipping cool drinks with mini umbrellas during this time away from the blog. We sit and muse jokingly about the one food source we would choose if were to end up stranded on this blogless island, until of course, we realize that we miss home, and that our vacation has gone a little too long. So we pack our things, and head for home. And now my dear reader, our vacation is over, our fingers have found their place again atop these crisp white keys, and we’re home.
