Brian & Kellly

It was such a joy to go back to Rancho Capistrano (where Michael and I got married) for Brian and Kelly’s wedding. We actually had two weddings there in the same month! So keep watch for more shots from Rancho Capistrano. It really is neat to see how the same venue, but a different couple, details and different light change the feel of the location. We challenge ourselves to shoot at locations as if it is the first time we’ve shot there, making the most of the venue, backgrounds, and just getting creative, seeing things differently.
Kelly was such an excited bride, she simply glowed all day and didn’t stop smiling. Kelly surprised Brian with a bagpipe player at the ceremony because Brian is crazy about bagpipes. He was truly surprised. Of course, with all the beautiful hills and giant Oak trees we had to bust out the IR for a few shots.
