Faye & Peter are a lovely couple from New York. They are having a May wedding in Palos Verdes CA at La Venta Inn. We had a splendid time at Desconso Gardens. I love going there, I simply relish in the natural beauty of the various gardens.

The trees were enchanting, greeting us with tiny blossoms.

Desconso is a great place for infrared…so otherworld revealing.

It was Emi’s birthday today! We had dinner in L.A. at The Little Door, which we would highly recommend for those who haven’t been. It’s a charming little French restaurant in L.A. with beautiful ambience and some french flair (the waiting staff is…. well, French). Thank you to everyone that called, we so appreciate your thoughtfullness . We love you.

We went out to Underwood Family Farms over the weekend with our friends the Phillips’s to celebrate Ryder’s 2nd birthday. If you have kids, this place is the place to go. They have it all, from the smiling alpacas to giant bunny’s, and the crowd of little ones hooted and hollered over the animal show, the horse drawn trailer, and the goats walking the planks 2o feet up. Oh yeah, there’s even tractors to drive if your three feet tall.
The festivities were held in one of the 4 birthday stalls, which had animals names… ours was the donkey’s den.
