3 Engagements

Wow, we had an amazing 3 days in New England (which I’ll post for you in a few days, so check back soon), and I only have a few minutes before we board our plane back to L.A. After driving for nearly 8 hours from Vermont down to JFK, we missed our first flight and then got caught up checking in, and it looks like we’ll be just able to catch the next flight out.
We also had a lot of fun with these three couples on their engagement sessions that we did over the last couple of weeks , and I wanted to post a few of our favorites photos from each one of their sessions. Enjoy!

A New York Engagement

This morning we woke to up to the brisk cold air of the Plymouth Massachusetts coastline. On Friday we flew from L.A to New York for Kyle & Erica’s engagement session! Despite the rain we had a blast spending all day Saturday with them in downtown N.Y., as they gave us a tour of the city while they modeled for us on every street corner. (Check back in the next week or so for photos from the session!) Sunday morning we rented a car and drove through Connecticut and Rhode Island to a little bed & breakfast called “The White Swan” which we thought was fitting since Evoke has some partiality to white swans. Stay tuned for a few photos from our little 3 day excursion on our quest for the famous east coast fall colors.

On Thursday, Emi & I pulled over off the I-15 just south of Corona and grabbed these shots of the sun going down through the smoke from one of the Southern California Fires. A little further south and a mask was necessary to spend any amount of time outside of the car because of the smoke. The fire came right up to the property line of both of our parents house, but thanks to the hard work of the fire fighters both houses were saved. We will try to get some photo coverage later in the week, and we’ll keep you posted.
