And I leave you this evening with a rather ominous but seriously cool photo that I took outside the Drake hotel in Chicago. I was going through images and thought I’d share this one with you. Happy Friday.

A few weeks ago when we were in San Francisco for a wedding, we drove down south the day before the wedding to visit our good friends Cameron & Anna Ingalls in San Luis Obispo. What a sweet little town. They made us breakfast (short stacks!!!), took us all over town and even bought us some Juice-it-up! They seriously rock. If you’re ever in SLO make sure to look them up. On our way down we drove through Big Sur which was an amazing drive, and we snapped a few photos along the way, including our little excursion into a strawberry picking farm which we thought we’d share with you. We picked until it was totally obvious by our red stained fingers that we were eating more than were putting in the basket!

We asked this guy to take our picture (which you can see below in the smaller images) and while he was showing us his camera I snapped a pic of him.

Ok, this is an exciting entry, and not just because of the fabulous wedding photos from Heidi & Eric’s wedding, but because I only have a few more posts and we are officially current with our blog weddings. Hurray! So that means that in the not so distant future you can expect to see weddings from the current week. Now that’s exciting!

If any of you have ever been to Calamigos Ranch then you know how big that place is! I always love shooting in places that allow for creativity to flow without the typical expected scenarios with the photos, and there are plenty of places to go within Calamigos Ranch, so the possibilities open up. It was a gorgeous day, and we had so much fun with Heidi & Eric. Look at her face in these photos, this girl just could not stop smiling, and she had the biggest brightest smile! The bridal party was super cool, and they just rocked the photos with style.
