It’s family portrait season, and there’s still time to do yours! We met Andy through our photo job with ELIC. He was our guide and interpreter when we went to China in April. We became instant friends, and stayed in touch with him and his adorable family, who we just had to photograph. Seriously, can you resist these kids? Taya’s cheeks are so squeezable, and little Logan is quite the character (with awesome Guitar Hero imitating skills). They recently moved to Colorado, so we’re glad we got the session in before they left. Here are a few of our favorites from the session. We miss you guys!

This super fun couple wanted to do a hip, urban session in LA. I had some spots in mind, but I arrived early to the session and had time to drive around and look for new spots. I love discovering new places to shoot, in LA you have to be careful about what neighborhoods you drive into, but I found some really cool graffiti walls, and it turned out that was exactly what they wanted! Casey totally turned on the drama for the camera, and she brought out the fun side in Matt too. I could have photographed them all day.

This was probably one of the hottest days of the year for us, but Tabitha & Sean decided they were going to party no matter what, and party they did! You guys probably remember their amazing engagement pics on top of the building in L.A. where they practiced their first dance! They rocked their wedding photos with the same energy, and we got some absolutely beautiful images!
